Dear Reader,
Thank you for joining me on my journey. It truly means a lot to me.
This space that I have created was supposed to be a small little place on the internet for me to feel like… well, me. To have a little safe space that I could come back to when I feel down or when I’m doubting myself.
To know that it touches others and maybe even helps them on their own journey makes me feel honoured. I am honoured that people seem to enjoy my writing and maybe even connect to it.
I hope that this safe space isn’t just for me. I would love to share it with as many people as possible. I would like to create a space where people can be themselves—no matter how ugly or small it may seem to be. Every part of you is who you are supposed to be to become the best version of yourself. Every ache you feel is a chance to feel joy, and I honestly and truly hope that I get to see as many people as possible who share that. I would love to find—or even be fortunate enough to create—a community which celebrates the small victories and appreciates the ugliness in its truest form.
Let’s be honest: there can be no beauty without the hideous.
And even the hideous is beautiful in its own unique way.
So, in short: thank you for being here and seeing me in all the realness that I am.
I hope to get to see the realest form of you too one day.
I hope to celebrate your courage with you, as you discover yourself.
Thank you for being here.
