Hello for the very last time.

You are done. You have given me all you could, and I have given you all I could. It is time to move on and go our separate ways.

You have given me so much. You have shown me how to live and how to be free. You have shown me how to move through this world in a childlike way—with curiosity and wonder. You have shown me that it’s okay not to be okay, and you have shown me that I am enough.

You have shown me that I am enough because you finally feel safe. You feel so safe that you don’t need me anymore.

I am so proud of you for everything you’ve done, and I am so proud that you have moved through this and were brave every step of the way. I thank you for it.

I want you to go now. I want you to rest and be at peace with yourself and the world.

And should you ever choose to come back, even just to sit with me, I’ll do that with you too.
