Spiralling

Hey my lovely,

It’s time. It’s time to be active. It’s time to move. I know you’re scared, and I know you’re down, but that’s exactly why we have to move now. I gave you weeks to come to terms, and I feel like you have. You have accepted that you are scared. You have taken time to do what you have to, to know you’re scared and why.

I don’t want to push you. I don’t want to make you feel like you are not allowed to feel, because those feelings are valid.

But right now, you are starting to spiral. You are starting to feel comfortable in your sadness, and I don’t want you to do that. I want you to feel your feelings and move forward.

This month, you have had the opportunity to feel what you need to feel and move on. You have felt what you needed to feel, but you are not moving on, so I am going to help you.

I am giving you today. Today is my gift to you to eat as much crap as you want to, watch all the shows you want to, go to bed as late as you wish.

Because as of tomorrow, we are pushing ahead again. Tomorrow we start the battle against our habits and comfort again.

It is going to be hard, but that’s OK, because it’s going to help you in the long run.

I want you to succeed, and you can’t succeed on your old patterns. So please let me help you to get out of those.

Enjoy today. Feel comfortable today, so that we can start fresh tomorrow.
